Free & Easy Returns

If the product you receive is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you can initiate a return request.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • All products sold by verified vendors are genuine and protected under our Curiosity Assurance Program.

  • Note: Digital products, perishable goods, and hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded from this policy. Please refer to the specific product page for eligibility.

To ensure your return is accepted, please follow these conditions:

1. Product Condition

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

  • Fashion products may be tried on once to check fit; this does not make them ineligible for return.

2. Packaging & Tags

  • Return must include the original packaging, manufacturer’s box, and protective wrapping, with:

    • All tags, labels, user manuals, and warranty cards intact

    • Any free items or promotional gifts

    • The original invoice or order confirmation slip

⚠️ Do not apply tape or shipping labels directly on the product box (especially for branded items). Place it in a separate protective layer or envelope.

3. Return Identification

  • Clearly mention your Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the parcel to ensure correct handling.


Return Rejections and Failed Deliveries

If your return does not meet the stated conditions:

  • Your return may be rejected, and no refund will be processed.

  • Rejected items will be sent back to you within 4–6 working days.

  • If delivery fails three times, the item will be declared unclaimed and disposed of without refund.


Important Notes

  • Return eligibility may differ depending on the product category. Always check the return status mentioned on the product page before purchase.

  • Returns initiated after the 14-day window, or for reasons not covered under valid return causes, may be rejected.

  • For products under manufacturer or seller warranty, please contact the seller or brand directly for warranty claims after usage.

Valid reasons to return an item

  • The product is damaged (physically broken or unusable)
  • The product is defective (e.g., won’t power on)
  • The product is incomplete (missing parts, pieces, or accessories)
  • The product is incorrect (wrong item, size, color, variant, etc.)
  • The product differs from its description or displayed image
  • The product does not fit (applicable to clothing and footwear)

If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.

Note: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 4-6 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.
