6. Orders and Contracts

A. Order Placement

When you place an order, it represents an offer to purchase a product. Order acceptance is confirmed only when the product is dispatched.

B. Seller Role

All commercial terms (pricing, warranties, shipping, etc.) are between the buyer and the respective seller. Curiosity Stores is not liable for any disputes or performance issues between buyers and sellers.

7. Product Listings & Pricing

Prices and availability are determined by individual sellers and may change without notice. In case of pricing errors, orders may be canceled, and refunds issued accordingly.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries are handled by trusted logistics partners such as Leopards and Pakistan Post. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

9. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for complete guidelines. Returns must be initiated within the timeframe stated in the policy.

10. Reviews and Feedback

Users may submit product reviews or platform feedback. Curiosity Stores reserves the right to monitor and remove inappropriate or misleading content.

Promotional and refund vouchers may be issued for use on the platform. Misuse, duplication, or resale of vouchers is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
